He served in the Arizona State Legislature from 2017 to 2023, where he championed economic growth initiatives aimed at attracting businesses to the state while fostering bipartisan cooperation, notably contributing to the passage of a historic $14 billion budget. Prior to his legislative service, Cesar built a strong foundation in government affairs through legislative staff roles and gained additional public visibility as a political analyst for media networks. Beyond his professional work, he remains deeply engaged with several nonprofit organizations, reflecting his ongoing commitment to community service and civic engagement. At Galvanize Strategies, Cesar leverages his insider legislative experience to help clients navigate complex political landscapes and secure meaningful results across Arizona and beyond.

Luis Acosta is a seasoned political strategist and partner at Galvanize Strategies, known for his resilience as a Dreamer and DACA recipient who has built an impactful career in government affairs and public advocacy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Loras College and a Master's in Legal Studies from the University of Arizona. For more than a decade, Luis has delivered political victories and shaped policy outcomes ranging from local school boards to presidential campaigns. In 2020, he served as Arizona State Director for Mike Bloomberg's presidential campaign, building one of the most sophisticated political operations in the country, and later played a pivotal role defending democracy at state legislatures nationwide by protecting electoral integrity. His leadership experience includes roles with Stand for Children and the Arizona Chamber of Commerce. A regular commentator on KTAR, Luis offers sharp, real-time insight on the political issues shaping Arizona and beyond.
